What Are Red, Bite Like Marks On Upper Arm Suggestive Of?

Hello, I awoke this morning with what looks like red bite marks on my right upper arm; it looks like mosquito or nat bites, but I am not sure. As the day progressed, the red marks began to itch and are bigger now. I do not believe I was bitten during my sleep and my fear is that it might be measles or the shingles virus. I have never had shingles. I did have the chicken pox virus when I was 16. I am now 45. I don t have any other red marks except on my right upper arm. I feel fine and I have no other symptoms. What should I do and do I need to be concerned? I have attached a picture. Please advise and Thank you so much for your time.
