What Are Red Streaks In The Stools Of An Infant Suggestive Of?

Hi doc..my 5month old baby boy is seen having some red spots in his stool but the reports confirmed absence of blood or mucous.he has not had any medicine from which such a colour could pass on to the stool.can u pls give an idea then what those red streaks could be?
