What Are Severe Back Pain And Cramps Post Polyp Removal Suggestive Of?

Hi , I have been using copper coil for 5 years & is due to be replaced now , I had bleeding between periods last few months then last week I went to the fr& said its big polyp & she removed it , since that time I m experiencing severe back pain & cramps , no bleeding, but I v been experiencing these cramps from few months but it gets worse after the removing of polyp , I googled the symptoms & the results not pleasant, is it something serious or could be because of the coil? Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the back pain and cramping may not be due to polyp condition but it can be due to dysmenorrhea, again there could be many reasons for this pain, it may be age related too for differentiation it may needs investigations and clinical examination, if the IUD then it could be the reasons too hope this information helps.
