What Are Severe Pain In Back And Tenderness On The Ribs Of Armpits Suggestive Of?
I have since this morning debilitating pain in center of my back. Tenderness also under arm pits on ribs. Both sides. I am a 69 year old woman with some occasional and chronic pain too. Was overdoing it yesterday in 91-97 degree temperatures .. What is this, do you think? Thank you - joanne

Your description of symptom is not comprehensive.However, it sounds like a mechanical pain from your activities.At your age, osteoarthritis may also give you similar presentation but a more comprehensive description will be needed.
You may take a pain drug drug like ibuprofen and rest well.If pain persist, you see the Doctor.
