What Are Severe Pain In Joints And Bone With Easy Bruising And Vomiting Suggestive Of?

My niece is very sick....she has severe joint and bone pain. When touched she is bruising within hours. She is vomiting. They tested for Lymes but it was negative. She is 24 and she has been sick with these symptoms for the last week. Any ideas what can cause these symptoms.I was thinking medication reaction.

Hello,

Acute onset of severe joint and bone pain is likely to be infectious in nature.
Bruising could be due to the disorder of coagulation.
I suggest you get a complete blood count, peripheral blood smear examination, prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT).
