What Are Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen, Gas, Vomiting And Nausea Suggestive Of?

My husband is having sharp pain on the lower right abdomen, gas, nausea, and has vomited once. The pain did not start in the center of his stomach near the belly button and move to the right as I have heard appendicitis usually does. I had a very bad stomach virus for 3 days last week so I would think it's a virus or extremely painful gas, however, it's on the right side. Should we just give it time and wait and see, or be concerned that it could be appendicitis and go to an er.?

Your symptoms could be due to appendicitis, right kidney stone and infection, diverticulitis, indigestion
I would suggest to consult general surgeon as early as possible and undergo examination, USG scan to confirm cause.
Specific treatment depend on cause
Meanwhile Following treatment will help you:
Tablet gas x
Tablet meftal spas
Prescribed antibiotic
Tablet pantoprazole plus domperidone
Acute appendicitis should be operated immediately
Take liquid diet
