What Are Side Effects Of Dronis 20?

hello Doctor, I am 23 years old and got married this december. We want to have baby after 3 years. So we consulted doctor to know contaception methods. He prescribed 'Dronis20' tablet. But on internet I found strange side effects and practical problems faced by ladies who are taking it such as elongated periods, acne, nervousness. Is it all true? shall I trust this tablet? I already have acne and its very depressing to know about this tablet. Please help me as soon as possible.
