What Are Side Effects Of Siphene And MVHMG15 Injection?

My wife ( 31) got operated for endometriosis through laprsocopy surgery 3 months back. She also got decapeptyl after the surgery and then after one month. After a month of second dose of decapeptyl she was on progaava for 7 days and she got her periods. The doctor has prescribed 5 days of siphene from 3 rd day of cycle and MVHMG15 injection ( 2 doses). We are trying to have a baby
My question is :
IS this the right course or we can try without the above medication ? What are her chances to conceive ?
If she doesnot take the dose now can she try on next cycle ?
What are the side effects for these medications ?
