hi, I am 28 years old 174 cm tall, and am working in a hotel but all my work is in the office and to be honest am working till 11:00pm every day so i gained wieght around 10kgs more that my usual weight so now am 75kgs.
i treid one medicine ( Zotreem plus) to loose wieght and i lost 5 khgs its ids good pills but am worried of the side effects
