What Are Side Effects Of Long Term Usage Of Betnesol?

I have taken Betnesol forte for Vitiligo treatment on skin specialist advise. Dose was increased from one tab to 5 tab and then one tab to be taken on Saturday and Sunday only. I have taken this Betnesol forte treatment for one year. This stop increasing of Vitiligo patches. After six months Doctor again recommended me the same treatment. But, I am affraiding to take this medicine again as it is steroid and may have side effects in long treatment. Please advise me for the same.
