What Are Side Effects Of Taking Jelqing?

Is jelqing safe? I have heard it is and isn't. I have also heard that it helps with ED. I don't have ED and I am still in my 20s, but that would indicate to me that jelqing is safe and may have benefits. I would like a doctors opinion. Is jelquing safe?
