What Are Similar Chemical Attributes Between Nexium And Cholecalciferol?

Hi there,Why would a patient who has had a severe allergic reaction to cholecalciferol also react in the same way to nexium?Do they have any chemically similar attributes in any way? Do they have an organ in common that may be needing investigations?Thank you!
