What Are Small Rashes On The Body Of A Toddler Suggestive Of?

My 3 year old has what looks like a goosebump like rash on her stomach, chest, and right side. It s been there for about almost a week. It doesn t itch or she doesn t act like it bothers her. Trying to decide if I need to take her to the doctor or wait it out.
