What Are Small Red Marks All Over The Body Suggestive Of?

I am noticing small red marks all over my body. Not really bumps and they don t itch. I do have two very small patches of itching bumps that looks like poison ivy on two fingers. I am not allergic to poison ivy and have not been near it. This rash does not look at all like the red marks but they all have appeared over the last 24-48 hours.
