What are some of the negative and positive developments of 3 year olds who spend time with each parent not in the same home. The parents have never been married and now the bio father would time with the toddler. Court approved he picks her up at 5-7 on Wednesdays and has child from 5 pm Fridays to 7 pm on Saturdays.
