Diabetes can affect any age. Main symptoms include excess thirst, hunger and incresaed frequency of urination. Other symptoms can include blurry vision, numbness. I know of a child who got diagnosed with diabetes at age of 3 yrs..gues that will be the earliest..cant comment on this..hope no one gets it..
