What Are Stomach Cramps, Black Spots In Vision And Headache Suggestive Of?

Friday I think I got to hot at a ball game. My stomach started cramping bad, I started getting weak and seeing black spots. I had little control of my hands but I managed to get a cold wet wash cloth on my face. Laid down but Sunday still have headache and feel drained. Can not get headache to stop. BP is normal but heart rate is high. What should I do?
