What Are Symptoms Of Early Menopause?

I had a period that ended on the 5th of last month. It was fairly normal. There were no big clots discharged. A week later I started to spot brown and then on to a regular period. Now is the normal time I would have had my period and it has not happened. Would it be later because of having two last month? I am 38 and have had my tubes tied for 10 years. The last week my chest has been sore, I am really tired, and have had a few bouts of dizziness last few days. Not sure if there is a chance I am pregnant after all these years or is there a chance it is early menopause?
