What Are Symptoms Of Recognizing Tetany?

I have had a tetany induced seizure before, today I saw a man have an epileptic fit, I haven't been taking my calcium supplement consistantly for treatment of hypercalcaemia and Im worried I might be having mild tetany at the moment but I'm wondering if i'm just panicking because I saw it today or If I am actually in danger of going into a seizure
