What Are The Actual Symptoms To Confirm Lupus Infection?

I have been told for years that they are pretty sure I have lupus and have recently had positive test results while i was having alot of pain and problems that they said was caused from the lupus. A few months later I went to another doctor and had the same test results done and they said everything was within normal range. Is it possible that if I was feeling good at the time that it just wasnt active?? I am so confused.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lupus infection is a multisystem connective tissue disease characterized by varied symptoms.
The symptoms depend on the organ system involved.
The symptoms could be neurological, hematological, pertaining to body cavities, kidney related symptoms, connective tissue related symptoms, etc.
The disease is diagnosed by a positive blood test.
The disease is a chronic one and it has a waxing and waning course.
Medication can control the symptoms well and the patient can be symptom free at times and can be symptomatic at other times.

Thanks and take care
