What Are The Adverse Effects Of A Double Dosage Of Allopurinol, See Omeprazole, Gabapentin, Sertraline, Meloxicam And Amantadine?

My sister who has Parkinson s took a double dose of her pills today and I am concerned about her. She took a double dose of allopurinol 100mg,esomeprazole mag dr 40mg,gabapentin 300mg, sertraline HCL 50mg, 200mg,meloxicam 15mg, amantadine 100mg plus her regular dose of Rytary ER 48.75mg-195mg. She seems very sleepy. What should I do?
