What Are The Adverse Effects Of Inhalation Of Exhaust Fumes?

I am smelling exhaust fumes for the last week its not my house I ve lived here 4 yrs. I was on Bactrim for an infection pimples that turned into sores on my face that would not heal and also for sinus infection. I started smelling the fumes while still taking the meds and now that they are done I am still smelling it. the infections have cleared up though. I have used Simply Saline product and it is still there. I don t know what to do and am wondering if it is harming me.
