What Are The Adverse Effects Of Masturbation?
I want to stop masturbation.....But u can t, I think that I can stop masturbation but after every 2 days I masturbate again...I want to Quit masturbation, plzz give me some suggestions nd Is there is harmful effects of masturbation on our body / mass????

First of all i want to tell you that masturbation is natural & doesnt have much effect on body/mass. This is not a disease but excessive act may cause some sex related problem sometimes.
I would suggest you to focus on your work, studies etc and and avoid watching porn movies.
The best way to solve this problem is to prevent the hands from having easy access to the penis. This can be achieved by putting on protective hand wears like gloves during sleep or dressing in such a way that the hand cannot easily gain access to the penis.
