General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In the short term, poor nutrition can contribute to stress, tiredness and our capacity to work.
It can cause :
tiredness and irritability.
inability to concentrate.
always feeling cold.
loss of fat, muscle mass, and body tissue.
higher risk of getting sick and taking longer to heal.
longer healing time for wounds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
