What Are The Adverse Effects Of Smoking Cigarettes?

I have smoked only about 4 times in my life. All in the past year or so. Perhaps a month or so between each as well. Have decided not to smoke again. What effects will these few cigarettes have? Are there any permanent effects? If so, How long will it take to return to non-smoker levels?

Have you stopped or will restart ? If you are sure you stopped it, here is the piece of advice. No damage has been done yet.Need not be anxious, provided you do not start up again.

You may seek better avenues or outlets for improving your character and career and do not waste your precious time with these sort of vices and get anxious about the ill effects.
