General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Duvadilan (isoxsuprine) is commonly prescribed to treat premature labour as it relaxes the muscles of the uterus. Its continuous use during pregnancy as advised by your doctor will not affect your expected date. It is considered to be safe for your baby as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
