What Are The After Effects Of Vasectomy Procedure?

i had a vasectomy yesterday. Later that day into last night I felt real bloated or a lot of gas. This morning I can tell my stomach is bloated out or swollen out. Is this due to the vasectomy or the anthesia given? I have only taken one tylonel with coden last night before bed. But was feeling the pressure well before that. Age 37 175pounds 6 feet tall. I do take ranitindine for gas on a normal basis.
