What Are The Aftereffects Of ACL Surgery?

My daughter, 13, is 5 days post op ACL surgery. Her level of fatigue now seems greater than 2 days previous. She is confined to bed rest except for shower/bathroom/exercises. She is exhausted jsut walking from the couch to the bathroom...maybe 40 ft. She is very atheletic, not over weight, and overall in excellent health. When can we expect the fatigue to improve. I would think the longer she lays on the couch in the CPM the more fatigued she will become.
