What Are The Allergic Symptoms Of Wasp Sting?

I am allergic to wasp. I am pretty sure I got stung by one a few minutes ago. Now I don't feel good. It feels like someones trying to block me from breathing. It may be exaggerated, but it feels like that. Also, my nostrils feel like there on fire. I got stung on my ear lobe. Is there anything dangerous about a wasp sting? Are ther anymore symptoms I should watch for?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are allergic to wasp stings, then it can potentially cause a severe allergic reaction.

Immediate treatment would involve the use of oral antihistamines. If the oral antihistamine is not having an effect or your symptoms are worsening then you should seek medical attention.

IF the area is painful the use of anti inflammatory pain medication such as cataflam, ibuprofen or naproxen may help.

Symptoms and signs of allergic reaction are: weals, itching, nasal symptoms, in severe reactions- swelling of the tongue, chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, dizziness

I hope this helps
