Dear Doctor this is Prof Ramanuja rao from Tanzania , working for the University of Dodoma. iam 55 years old and having panic disorder (Bipolar) for which i am prescribed by the doctor to take tablet Carbamazepine 200 mg at night. how safe it is and what are the alternative medicine in ayurveda

Tab Bramhi of himalaya can be tried but nothing can replace proper allopathic treatment. They are quite safe and you may persist taking Carbamazepine.
