What Are The Alternative Treatments For A Large, Painless Lymphangioma On My Left Arm, Besides Sclerotherapy And Surgery?

Hi, I have lympahngioma on my left arm. It started as a tiny small green lump hardly noticeable. But as I grew the lump also started becoming bigger with age at a slow rate. We first saw this when I was 15 and had this lump growing since last 22 years. It is soft, spongy and squishy. Now after 22 years it has become very big approximately 12 x 14cm long on my left upper arm. It is painless and I can perform work normally with my left arm, however in last 22 years I had 3 episodes of cellulitis infection. Please can you help what are the alternative medical options apart from sclerotherapy and surgery.
