What Are The Alternatives When My Infant Is Allergic To Cow’s Milk Protein And Can’t Get Isomil?

Hi,My daughter is 9 months old and I recently got to know that she is allergic to cows, milk, protein. dr recommded me to give her isomil but I can t find Isomil anywhere. What are the alternate for isomil ?? she gets bad rashes and she is doing loose motions with force
