1. are there any pressure symptoms because of the location of tumor [it can interfere with the trigeminal nerve, causing facial numbness. and can also press on the facial nerve causing facial weakness or paralysis on the side of the tumor.??
2. apart from SN [sensorineural] hearing loss are there any associated symptoms like: tinnitus (ringing in the ear),and dizziness or loss of balance.?? do you experience visual problems also?
3. what medicines are/were you taking in Allopathy [duration and dose], so that any drug-drug interaction with Ayurveda herbs can be ruled out.
4. are you using any hearing aids, to overcome sensorineural hearing loss. or any cochlear implants??
5. avoid caffeine, nicotine, or cocaine, excess talking, head bath, excess exercise and sexual intercourse, avoid professional activities which involve high frequency sounds, dry fruits and bitter and astringent food.

PS
. Mainstay of treatment will be to help regenerate the auditory nerve, inner ear connected to the auditory nerve, and to strengthen the hearing centre in the brain and usually a time period of 5-6 months is required.

. avoid garlic,onion,potato,cauliflower,brinjal,masoor dal,milk,curd,buttermilk, coffee,tea,sweets,sweet fruits,nonveg,cashewnuts,almonds,peas,cool drinks, fish,eggs,alcohols,avoid excess of physical/mental exertion.
. Daily eat 300 gms of uncooked cucumber OR 60 gms of uncooked bitter gourd or 300 gms of black grapes containing seeds.
. Daily eat 20 gms of ginger uncooked, you can eat rice items, wheat items, ragi balls, jowar items of food.Don’t take ragi malt.
. You can take daily oranges, pomegranates, watermelons, pineapple.
. Since it is a vata disorder thus treatment will focus on Vata balancing therapies and herbs along with Rasayan [Immunomodulation] Chikitsa i.e. to strengthen the Immune system, and my successful prescription in such cases are:
i. Rasayan with Ghee intake [sariva vati/ sariva chooran]
ii. indu vati with juice of amla morning/evening
iii. Atis+hing+saunf+dalchini+sarjikshar+kali mirch each 12-12 gm
Sirka (vinegar): 380gm, til (sesame) oil 360gm and after making it with due care, you can use it as ear drops [karan pooran] in both ears along with simultaneous use of anti oxidants.
iv. Putting drops of jaitun tail [olive oil] or sesame oil in ears is effective for tinnitus, hearing loss.
