Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In case of heroin withdrawal, you need clonidine, pain killer like tramadol or benzodiazepine like xanas. You can add pain killer in your prescription. You can also consult to a psychiatrist for methadone or bupronorphine substitution. That would help you to maintain abstinence for longer period and this would also help to maintain the dose because you would be under supervision of a psychiatrist.

Thanks
