Hi I m suffering from vitiligo disease from last 10 years I m 19 years old boy. Now I have lot of stress, and even I can t go outside because of these white patches I feel ashamed. I have visited lot of hospitals for cure but not worked Please suggest me what should I do. Are there any treatment? What diet should I eat and what should I avoid. Please help me i will be your very thankful

Hello

Have a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk and unhealthy food.

Stress can aggravate vitiligo. There are lot many options for treatment of vitiligo. However with treatment, it will take 3 to 6 months to know the results. If a particular treatment doesn't respond, then other options will be tried. You need to have lot of patience. Please consult your dermatologist.
