Hello and welcome to HCM,
Before suggesting any treatment for the cysts it is important to clinically assess the cysts.
A cyst is usually fluid filled lesion.
Whether these swellings are cysts or any other kind of swellings has to be assessed by clinical examination.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment.
Underarm is a very common site for lymph node enlargement and thus clinical assessment and relevant investigations are required for management.
Infections are common in lymph nodes.
Breast and abdominal region are uncommon site for lymph node enlargement.
The swellings at this site could be due to soft tissue swellings

Thanks and take care
