What Are The Black Patches On The Outer Size Of My Eye?

I have these black kinda patches on the outer side of my eye (only my left side) I'm black and Dominican 16 male and 120 pds 5,11 pretty skinny it appeared last month or so at first thought it was a bruise from me falling on my skateboard but after a month it's still there

What you have written is over skin. It can be over pigmentation for old mild skin infection. Dermatologist can examine and treat if infection is stil there. Orelse a sun screen lotion can bepplied so that pigmentation is decreased.
