What Are The Black Spot Inside My Vagina?

about a month ago i noticed inside the opening inside my vagina i have three round black spots. I never noticed them before and I am frightened. I had a pap smear about a year and the doctor didnt see it or probably would have said something maybe the speculum covered it up.. I am scared to say the least. What could this be. It does not hurt, burn. itch or ached and does not have a bump..it is as if it is in the skin.
