What Are The Brown Rust Like Patches On Arms And Fingernails Overnight?
I woke up 2 days ago to brown rust like stains on my right hand that will not wash off and woke up this morning with those same stains on my left hand also and around my fingernail beds. I have not handled anything with rust or used any self tanners, etc. - The only thing different I have done is I have been on a No sugar, No grain (have cheated some) diet for three - four weeks and been taking vitamin d3 and omega 3,6,&9 vitamins. What could this be? Anything to be concerned about??? Female - 39 years of age 5 7 and 255 lbs.

This could be vitamin B 12 deficiencies. Which could cause skin problems? For which you have to take B complex supplements.
