What Are The Bumps Inside My Labia Majora?

Hi doctors. I just within the last few days discovered tiny bumps on the inside of my left labia majora that only can be felt if I pull the skin tight or squeeze the skin. I have the same thing on my right labia but one seems to be slightly larger (only about 1 to 2 mm) and has a light white appearance. There is no pain, no unusual discharge, no irritation. I am in a monogamous relationship for years now, but it just worries me. Could it be clogged pours because I do sweat a lot when I workout and it can get humid down there.
