Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly consult the surgeon or dermatologist for complete examination and investigations to reach to the perfect diagnosis.

The lumps on neck below the head may be some tumour most probably fibroma. If needed, biopsy may be done to confirm the diagnosis.

After the final diagnosis, treatment like surgical excision of the tumour may be considered.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
