What Are The Cancer Chances After Having Gutka For Years?

I was having gutkha for 3 years before.Its been 3 years since i left it.I dont smoke or drink also.Is there any chance of getting mouth or throat cancer in future.I have been to a dentist and ent doctors also who have said nothin to worry about .I have been getting nightmares about mouth cancer.Kindly help

As you have quit gutka since three years now, there are negligible chances of getting cancer due to gutka.
I would suggest you to not worry about this.
Please do not revert back to tobacco in future.
Mantain the oral hygiene. Take balanced diet. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your mibd relaxed.
