What Are The Causes And Treatment For Bell S Palsy?

Sir, yesterday morning I found symptoms of bells s palsy on right side of my face. Before that night I slept with ear phones in my ears. From 3 days I was going for jogging in the morning n suffering from cold from yesterday only. Are these the possible reasons for my problems and what r the remedies other than medications. Thank you

Hi,

It's believed that Bell's Palsy is related to inflammation of nerve that controls the muscles of one side of the face or it might occurs after a viral infection.

Most patients with bell's palsy recover fully. I advice you to check with your doctor that may suggest medications or physical therapy to help speed your recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sam Salahia, Dermatologist
