Hi I have been experiencing lower back pain bloating, generally feeling unwell, my right breast is now tender and having burning like pain shooting through it, I'm 42 very healthy, eat really well, I weigh 85 kgs am trying to lose weight but sensibly, but I'm not, I'm tired all the time. It feels like I have pmt or pms all the time..

There is nothing much to worry about this condition , there can be hormonal irregularities like that of thyroid and prolactin , correction of these is necessary.
