What Are The Causes And Treatments For Piercing Prick Around Waistline?
Dear Doctor, i occasionally get a piercing prick around my waistline and it lasts for 4 - 5 hours. It pains so much that i even fail to move easily be it walking or turning. What could be the cause and how can i prevent it from occurring continuously?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, the pain could be due to the urinary tract infection, stone in the ureter, or some problem in the lumbar spine. More possibilities are for spine problem only. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
