What Are The Causes For Chest Pain Going To My Back And Arms?

Hello. I am having a chest pain 4 times a day this week. I already have a chest x-ray and ekg exam but the doctor I see said I have no problem. The chest pain goes all the way to my back and both arms. It really is so painful. Most of the time it is during the night but now it shifts to morning. I have feeling this pain for almost a month now and my doctor keeps os prescribing me different pills that I know and I don t want more pills. What do you think I have?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Since your cardiac and respiratory causes have been ruled out, I think muscular pain Is the cause for your symptoms.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid movement s causing pain.
4. Start good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
