What Are The Causes For Concern After Taking A Fall?

The 3 foot tall metal cabinet I was standing on rolled over.Bad fall.Hit my breast on the edge of the cabinet,the knees hit the concrete floor. Right knee is the size of an egg.That was about 2 hours ago.Been using ice on the knee.
Time for bed.Should I worry about anything?
Experiencing some stomack sickness.

Hi.
It is better to take an extra precaution than being late.
This applies to Medical conditions too.

If the movement of the knee joint is 100 % normal, nothing much to worry, continue icing, take some anti-inflammatory medicines if you have at home.

What worries me is the stomach sickness as you had a hit on breast, the inside parts is lower lungs and upper abdomen. It is always better to get a clinical examination by a Doctor and ultrasonography and / or X-rays as required. Being declared normal at present is the most important factor with such a fall. Even a trivial injury can have serious aftereffects.
Better to a Doctor.
