What Are The Causes For Not Getting Pregnant?

Hi doctor, we hav married since last 3 yrs,but from last 5 months,we have conceive,but no response.We consult doctor my wifes 3 months earliar THS,T4 level was very low now it in range,doctor of Guwahati medical college said that,we can conceive now...but we are planning since 22 nd june,2011,but 2 days back i checked through Pregnancy tester,but negative result.I have not test my semen.Plz give me a suggestion

Hello dear thanks for trusting Health care magic.
You need to take regular follicular monitoring and thus time your intercourse on the day of rupture of the follicle and after discussing with your gynecologist you can opt for ovulation induction also
