Ear infection must have been treated.Untreated ear infection can spread to brain and give rise to symptoms like numbness of arms, legs and face. She may develop facial palsy, running nose and swelling eye lid may indicate viral infection.Vision is to be recorded, BP to be recorded.Dislocation of hip can not be related to eye problem.
