I was drunk... She did it too hard to me ... I did not cum.. I told her to leave.....

Next day i that it was a bit red in my pinies and with a day it became alright....My be she did it too hard to me...

I want to know if i would get infected with HIV through handjob, that women gave handjob to several other people before me

You mentioned that there was only hand job and that too hard , that's why your penis became red due to trauma but it resolve within a short period .
This is not a cause of concern.
Now about hand job.
After 25 years of scrutiny , there is no evidence that HIV is transmitted by CASUAL CONTACT or HAND JOB or that virus can be spread by insects , such as by a mosquito bite.
So you can't get HIV infection in this way as in virto virus can't survive.
So no matter ,how many persons she gave hand job.
